After a competitive selection process I am delighted to let you know that we appointed Paul Smalley as the new Executive Officer, and he has accepted. This is a new post to support the executive in carrying out its aims and priorities, working on your behalf. As many of you will be aware, Paul is ideally suited to the role as a past chair and member of the executive for over a decade of experience. He brings deep understanding of the issues and opportunities facing SACREs, RE and Collective Worship.
